Rents are Rising in the City of New York

    

Brooklyn is considered One of the most expensive places to live in the country because back in 2000 people would want to live in the city instead but it wasn't the place to live for people who were making less amount of money compared to people they were making more than 100,000 Dollars. Therefore they started to live in Queens and Brooklyn in order to save a great amount of money. 

However, they started to live in Brooklyn and the rent wasn't that much and the neighborhood was quiet and nice, but suddenly buildings owners started charging more after someone who vacated the place and the new person who is moving in he is going to be charged almost 2 times greater than the person used to be charged. 

I am a New York city resident back in 2008 we moved to an apartment the lease at that time was 1000$ but in 2017 when we moved from the same apartment and another family moved in and when I asked them regarding the rent they said we have been charged 1800$ for just 1 bedroom apartment. 

Therefore to avoid such things in your lives in the coming futures just take an apartment for now and don't leave it until you buy a house for your self or a Co-op apartment in a building.
